Company A-com, (hereinafter referred to as "provider") is required to provide reasonable rules for the use of our web service and other services to its clients (hereinafter called "client"). Client must agree to the following terms and conditions. Provider reserves the right to change the terms listed below, without prior notice. Changes in terms can be read at any time on our website, subscribers will not be specifically informed about them. We periodically update the tems and when we do this, we change the appropriate revision date. The date appears at the end of this page. In the event that you continue to use our services, it is considered that you fully understand and agree with the changes.
1. Article: Payment Terms 1. Payment in advance for a specified period is required to use our services. Payment information will be forwarded to the client contact email address. Commissioned services will be provided when we receive a certificate of payment or transfer. The account will be written on the owner of the user interface and will be sent by regular mail. 2. The rights and obligations arise from the day when client recieve access data for ordered services. Data is transmitted to the client contact email address. 3. The client will pay its obligations until the date marked on the invoice and the correct reference. In case you want to change the payment period, inform us at least 10 days before the payment period via the user interface or e-mail.. 4. All payments are unrecoverable, unless the provider decides otherwise. 5. The client is obliged to settle all obligations to the provider, incurred by the date of termination of the subscription. Termination must be in writing or e-mail sent on the provider's contact email address. 6. We reserve the right to terminate service if 8 days after the payment period we do not recieve payment or at least payment confirmation. Reactivation will be charged at the current price list. 7. Provider reserves the right to change prices and characteristics (specifications) of the packages. Changes will occur by the following invoice. 8. If a wrong amount occur, the provider has the right to correct the amount and is obliged to inform the client. The client fully understands and agrees to pay a revised amount.
2. Article: Responsibilities and duties of the client 1. The client fully understands and agrees that the leased space will not contain the contents or links to:
2. The client is obliged to inform the provider of the content of the leased space. 3. The provider has the right to review entire content of a clients leased space. 4. Clients, who will open anonymous FTP access, are responsible for the content and the security of the server. 5. The client fully understands and agrees to take full responsibility for the contents of the leased space. 6. The client understands and agrees that we will prevent further use of web-hosting, if leased space limit is exceeded. 7. The client fully understands and agrees that in case of use any scripts and programs, they will be regularly updated and take care of their own safety and the safety of the entire server. 8. The client fully understands and agrees that any damage caused and the consequent additional costs, will be fully payed within 14 days of occurrence. 9. The client is obliged to take care of updating contact information and will regularly monitor the primary email address indicated in contact information in the "Client area".
3. Article: Duration of service 1. After the expiry of the payment period, service is automaticaly extended by the same period. If you do not want to extend the service, you must notify us at least 10 days before the payment period. Otherwise, you are obliged to pay the amount provided for the payment period.
4. Article: Limitation or termination of the services 1. The client has not fully met its obligations to the provider within the time limits. Provider informs the client prior to the contact email address, which is entered in the user interface. 2. The client has given provider false or misleading information. 3. The client does not fully take into account the 1. Article, 2. Article and 8. Article. 4. The client may cancel services at any time or at least no later than 10 days before the leased period expires. The money is not refundable, unless otherwise decided.

7. Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the user. 8. Service Provider shall not be liable for loss of data, interruption of services, and any failure or data loss has occurred through the fault of a third party service provider, its customers or employees. Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use.
6. Article: Breach of terms and conditions 1. The client fully understands and agrees that the provider reserves the right to adequate measures, which would be necessary in cases of breaches of those articles, eg immediate restriction or (temporary) closure of client user interface, access to leased space and access to the control panel, without warning and without refund. 2. Client agrees that it will keep passwords and other confidential information relating to his account and in the event of unauthorized or alleged violation of his account inform us immediately, including theft and data loss, changes of password or other security information.
7. Article: Server Abuse We reserve the right to remove any content that is contrary to the terms and conditions of your account without prior notice. We do not allow hacking pages, pages for adults and no mp3 files, shareware / freeware and other applications and websites in tem 11 of this article. Provider consideres acts below as an abuse: 1. Unauthorized or illegal use of a server (read, write and execute outside home directory). 2. Excessive exploitation of system capabilities, including the power of the processor and memory. Unwanted larger text-based forums that do not support mySQL database, extensive mailing lists (must use features that allows the interval between transmission), and all the scripts in item 11 of this article. We reserve the right to remove programs that use too many system performance. 3. When working with cronjobs (to perform their functions at a given time), it is forbidden to perform them to often. 4. Excessive e-mailing. In the event that you send mail to more than 50 recipients, it is necessary to use pause when sending. Within an hour you can send messages up to 250 recipients. 5. Sending e-mails to random addresses (spam). 6. Using a server in malicious purposes. 7. Copyright violation (file hosting). 8. If you are using a larger number of MySQL databases, ftp, mailing lists, etc.., As specified for each package. 9. Resale parts of leased space without prior agreement. 10. The client fully understands and agrees that any damage caused and the consequent additional costs, will be fully payed within 14 days of occurrence. 11. Provider is not responsible for any loss of user data.
8. Article: Damages and compensation 1. The client fully understands and agrees that the service provider, its customers and employees will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service and for any damages arising in connection with the provided services. 2. The client fully understands and agrees that they use povided services at their own risk and that will be solely responsible for the consequences of provided services usage.
